At Eurorepar Car Service / Ezz El Arab, we believe in giving our customers 100% confidence when they bring their vehicle to us, which is why we offer a straightforward parts & labor warranty policy.

We always want to get it right first time but sometimes things can still go wrong. Fortunately, Eurorepar Car Service / Ezz El Arab is here to ensure that all replacement parts* fitted to your vehicle carry our national warranty, terms and conditions apply.

LABOUR WARRANTY

For all labor only repairs, we offer a 3-month warranty to put it right. Should something go wrong, contact the Eurorepar Car Service center you had the work carried out at and they’ll sort it.

GENUINE PARTS WARRANTY

If you’ve had genuine Peugeot, Citroën or DS Automobiles parts fitted to your vehicle during your repair, they are covered by a 12-month parts & labor warranty.

EUROREPAR WARRANTY

All our Eurorepar parts range comes with a 24-month parts & labor warranty.

The Parts and Labor warranty does not apply to:

• A repair done outside of the contractual period of the parts warranty.
• Wearing parts, the replacement of which is not the consequence of a failure and/or its environment but the result of normal wear.
• Adjustments, tuning or operations which form part of the normal servicing and maintenance of the vehicle.
• Abnormal use of the vehicle causing failure of the part or abnormal use of the part (e.g., use of the vehicle in competition, incorrect use of brake and clutch functions etc.).
• Noise and vibration related to the normal operation of the vehicle.
• Deterioration of such as discoloration, alteration, or distortion of parts due to normal ageing.
• Repairs following the use of poor-quality fuels or non-approved additives.

Any fluids that do not conform to the manufacturer’s specification (brake fluid, coolant, screen wash and car care products etc.).
